1. Located inside Restore Injury Health Center. Upon entering, please have a seat in the lobby and you will be called shortly. You may also call 407-501-7591 to let Omayra know that you have arrived. 
2. New clients are required to fill out an intake form to assess any health concerns. Please stay home if you’re sick as visible signs of illness will result in postponing your appointment for a later date. 

3. Masks will be worn by the therapist during treatments for the foreseeable future.

4. Use hand sanitizer provided upon entering the facility. Hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap are available throughout your visit.

5. Guests are scheduled by appointment only. No walk-ins.


6. Draping is required during treatment and it is non-negotiable.
